Yaniv was born in Herzliya, Israel and raised in Teaneck, N.J.  Yaniv has a B.S in marketing from Yeshiva University and brings his expertise in the field, to the sophisticated Jerusalem real estate market.  Yaniv made Aliyah in 2003 and at 23 years old enlisted as a lone soldier, in an elite combat unit in the IDF.  Yaniv’s diverse background enables him to truly relate to his clients regardless of where they are from.  He has worked alongside Elia Since 2010 in real estate building the name they share (coincidentally) to stand for integrity, success, and most importantly honesty.  Yaniv is married and has four daughters.
